Parul Sahai is a results driven Executive, Career, and Leadership Coach with over two decades of cross-sector experience spanning global finance, higher education, startups, and coaching. Certified coach with an MBA from Northeastern University, she blends proven coaching frameworks with firsthand industry expertise to guide professionals from rising talent to senior executives through complex career and leadership challenges. At Hult International Business School, she empowers graduate students to navigate the job market through career strategy, leadership development, and personal branding. As a Leadership Coach with Elatra, she partners with professionals to unlock their potential, enhance executive presence, and thrive in dynamic organizations. Previously, as a Director at Merrill Lynch in International Equities, Parul worked with leading institutional investors on IPO’s and equity transactions, while also serving as a Teaching Associate in International Finance at Harvard Business School. She has advised early-stage startups on fundraising, strategy, and product development, and continues to support clients in financial services, fintech, consulting, and technology to accelerate growth, make high-stakes decisions, and achieve sustained performance.
